Steve Walker



Steve received his Real Estate license in the early 1990s and has experienced working in both boom and bust markets. He firmly believes in putting client before self in every situation. Many of his clients have done multiple transactions with him, including one client who has bought and sold 15 homes with Steve. Many of Steve’s clients refer their friends and family to him knowing their needs will be well looked after. Steve is extremely knowledgeable about the GTA’s different neighbourhoods, including which areas to avoid when buying. Steve understands buyers’ psyche and motivation and is able to use it to his Seller’s advantage when negotiating higher sold prices. He is also well-versed in the ‘multiple offer’ situation, having negotiated in hundreds of bidding wars. He reads each situation and gives his clients the best specific advice. Steve is knowledgeable on the mechanics of the home, allowing him to identify potential pitfalls and protect buyers and sellers from costly issues and delays later on in the transaction. Steve has also helped to stage multiple homes, and can foresee buyer objections and eliminate them before the home goes on the market, ensuring a smooth transaction and maximum sale price.
